What is the VWFS Customer Portal?
Our Customer Portal ensures that your contract and vehicle information is readily available and easily accessible through a secure, personalised and self serve portal available 24/7, 365 days a year.
That means you can check your finance contract in your own time, no matter where you are (as long as you've got mobile data or wifi).
Please Note: Our Customer Portal is currently only available to customers that have finance contracts with our Volkswagen Group Brands:
Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles & CUPRA.

The Benefits of Customer Portal
How to Log In
VWFS will issue an invitation email and/or SMS to you to register for Customer Portal
You will create an FS ID if you do not already have one. This can be used across multiple digital channels
You will receive a one-time passcode to enter the Customer Portal via SMS
You will then be brought to the My Dashboard tab where you can begin their Customer Portal journey
