Fleet Support Specialist

Job Description:
This role will provide ongoing support to the VWFS Fleet Sales team and the wider business to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Fleet Sales team as a whole. This includes creating quotations, monitoring the “fleet sales support” inbox, responding to internal and external requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the pipeline, renewals & end of term, update with most recent delivery information updates by communicating with the Fleet Key Account Managers, Dealers and Remarketing.
- Manage all incoming leads by validating, sorting and distributing them to the KAM’s, following up, gathering feedback and processing reporting based on the results.
- Support the RAC process running quotations, product set up and reporting
- Provide, develop and automate accurate and up to date Direct Fleet reporting
- Ownership of the Direct Fleet teams Risk Register & user access manager
- Track all pricing changes by customer & keep update to stock list by Brand
- Responsible for Direct fleet volume planning in yearly Planning rounds & multiple forecasts
- Four-eye support for remarketing pricing and analysis
- Manage large fleet account work by scheduling, preparing and distributing monthly statements, specialist invoice processing and other ad hoc requests.
- Provide tender support to the Fleet Sales team by validating pricing and running quotations based on the requested terms.
- Provide support during system testing (Regression, UAT and CR requests) by creating scripts, executing tests, updating the system with feedback and defect processing.
- Providing ad hoc support as required by the Direct Fleet team.

Head Of Sales

Objective:
The Head of Sales is supported to deliver the Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS) strategy through ensuring its commercial success. This will be achieved by collaborating with all customer channels and steering the Sales & Direct Fleet functions to reach strategic sales objectives by successfully managing the relationship between Volkswagen Group Ireland (VWGI) Dealer Network and VWFS. In addition, representing the sales function interests at Brand, HQ and in local Projects. The ultimate goal is to generate loyalty and a profitable relationship between the client, the dealer, the brands of the VWGI and VWFS.
Key Accountabilities:
- Drives Sales Strategy across VWFS – identifying new opportunities within sales; develops and implements dealer incentivisation schemes
- Steers the sales function –
- Develop sales performance and manages campaign success.
- Designs develops sales KPI’s reports/dashboards.
- Designs and re-designs geographic areas as well as frequency of visits based on dealer volume, distance and (multi) brand approach.
- Leverages digitalisation initiatives to reduce current recurring activities of field sales force.
- Drives the Sales support and training unit – ensuring sales compliance.
- This role is a pre-approved controlled function role (PCF-17) as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act Regulations 2011 and will be required to comply with the necessary Fitness and Probity obligations.

Tasks:
1. Delivery of VWFS Annual Sales KPI’s for Dealer Sales and Direct Fleet channels – incl. volume, new car finance penetration, used car volumes, multi-brand approach, dealer lease volumes, service plans, VAPS penetration and margin management.
2. (a) Determine and deliver the Sales strategic approach in coordination with the Senior Leadership Team.
(b) Implements sales compliance guidelines on market level by defining and delivering the dealer network training strategy (with the Dealer trainer) through GAP analysis, Mystery Shopping and support rollout of new products and services through training programmes; and
(c) Professionally represents and consistently implements VWFS strategy, philosophy, products and market approach at all times.
3. Develop and effectively manage relationships across VWGI dealer network, VWGI, internal departments and external third parties.
4. Acts in a leadership role to coach, motivate and drive the development of the Sales, Direct Fleet and Training Team through side-by-side coaching, performance appraisals and team meetings. Provides field support to the Sales Team in proactively managing Dealer relationships.
5. Responsible for Dealer Sales and Direct Fleet performance, including training impact monitoring, ensuring that deviations from budget are understood, managed and remedial actions are documented and implemented successfully.
6. Annual negotiation, management and delivery of sales and planning targets with and through the Dealer Network. Develop, adapt and implement Dealer incentivisation schemes.
7. Drive change and efficiencies through constant review of performance and activity. Delivery of initiatives and strategic projects (e.g. Project One, Sales Leasing Leads, Dealer Framework Agreement, Regulatory Changes).
8. Identify market opportunities through the delivery and analysis of detailed competitor analysis (product, process, systems) and market intelligence. Provide qualified market and dealer feedback to support stakeholder steering by Senior Management.
9. Represent the Dealer as a customer, as a member of Management Board.
10. Ensure compliance with all regulations associated with specified function under the Central Bank’s Minimum Competency Code.
11. Plan and direct commercial strategies of the Direct fleet business unit, according to the needs of the fleet segment, to achieve the objectives of unit sales, penetration and profitability.
12. Establish business relationships with strategic fleet customers, with a vehicle fleet greater than 10 units, in accordance with the company's code of ethics to develop their loyalty and achieve a profitable long-term business relationship.
13. Develop and deliver VWFS IE’s used car growth strategy.

Requirements for the position: education/further training/experience:
- At least 10 years Sales Leadership experience with strong business acumen and gravitas gained in the Financial Services and /or Insurance Industry or similar environment.

Fleet and Aftersales Administrator (Part Time)

Job Description:
A vacancy has now arisen for a Fleet and Aftersales Administrator within the Operations Department of Volkswagen Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and process the work stream of claims via the Aftersales platform in line with SLA
- Authorise mechanical repairs and routine maintenance to private use and fleet vehicles, in accordance with the manufacturer’s service requirements and VWFS budgetary controls within authority levels.

Credit Underwriter

Reporting directly to the Underwriting Manager, the successful candidate is primarily responsible for making credit decisions on potential VWFSI customers introduced by Volkswagen group retailers and must display strong analytical skills and have the ability to make credit decisions under pressure in line with VWFSI credit policy.
Key Responsibilities:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team responsible for the management and development of the commercial relationship between VWFSI and its 6 Brand partners in Ireland (Volkswagen Passenger Car, Audi, Skoda, SEAT, CUPRA and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles).
Reporting to the VWFS Brand & Planning Manager, the Planning & Performance Specialist will provide a key support to the monitoring and steering of VWFS IE Commercial performance. The role will be responsible for provision of reporting and analysis to maximise success of VWFS IE. The role will also support the commercial planning process, preparing future sales planning to the business. The role requires engaging with numerous internal and external stakeholders across multiple departments within VWFSI and VGI.
The Role will have the following responsibilities
- Provide weekly/ monthly/ ad hoc sales reporting and analysis across all Business Streams, Products and Brands
- Responsible for provision and interrogation of performance reporting and market analysis to identify trends, insights and commercial opportunities
- Measure, monitor and evaluate the performance of VWFS including sales performance vs targets
- Support with Commercial Sales Steering function of VWFS IE by gathering and analysing market intelligence, identifying performance trends and provide insights to management to support the commercial steering of VWFS

Key Role Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Manager to lead and optimise data governance processes, manage a team of data analysts and developers, and drive the delivery of data and enterprise reporting. This role will focus on enhancing the acquisition, availability, performance and accuracy of enterprise data, ensuring timely and reliable delivery of data, driving innovation in data analytics and leading data-driven projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of data governance frameworks, a solid background in banking risk data, and extensive experience in optimising enterprise performance and operational reporting and analytics.
Key responsibilities:
1. Data Governance, architecture and strategy
- Establish and implement a robust data governance framework that ensures defined roles and responsibilities and accountability for data across the organisation as well as appropriate data lineage.
- Provide expert advice for the Senior Management function in the development, and implementation of, a data strategy that will underpin organisational strategic aims.
- Oversee the enforcement of data quality standards, including data accuracy, consistency and security.
- Responsible for the optimisation and utilisation of data within the organisation, including meta data, master data, reference data and data utilised for regulatory reporting.

4. Group & Regulatory Data Delivery
- Manage data pipelines for Group Risk and Finance, including regulatory reporting, and ensure data is aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all data is appropriately validated, cleansed, and enriched to meet the standards of accuracy and quality expected for internal reporting and regulatory submissions.
- Support the Risk and Finance teams in defining data requirements and ensure the efficient on time delivery of data for decision-making and regulatory compliance.

5. Data Project Delivery
- Lead the execution of data projects, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives.

6. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in data management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role, preferably within banking, financial services, or risk management.
- Data Governance Expertise: In-depth understanding of data governance principles, frameworks (e.g., DAMA DMBOK), and regulatory requirements, particularly within banking and financial institutions (e.g., RDARR/BCBS 239).
- Banking Risk Data Management: Extensive experience working with banking risk data (credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk), with an understanding of key banking regulations and reporting requirements.
- Operational Reporting Optimisation: Experience in optimising operational reporting systems, enhancing performance, and ensuring timely delivery of key metrics related to banking risk and financial performance.
- Project Management: Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering innovative data-centric projects, including planning, execution, resource management, and risk mitigation.
