How do I claim from my Service Plan?
Claiming from your Service Plan at Volkswagen Financial Services is a straightforward and hassle-free process. Just schedule a service appointment with any of our authorised service centres. When booking, mention that you have a VWFS Service Plan. The servicing team will then be able to access your plan details. After the service, the service centre will log the details of the work carried out on your vehicle and you will not be charged for any service work covered by your plan.
Where do I find out the contents of a specific Service Plan?
Service Plans are designed to cover the service requirements of specific models and therefore the contents may vary from model to model and based on your vehicles age.
